Support: Moonstone Companion
Moonstone Companion is a free, unofficial companion app for the Moonstone miniature game, published by Tinkavu LLC / Extra Turn Games. This page is the support channel for the app: how to reach us, what we can help with, and answers to the questions we get most.

When you write in, it helps to include your platform (iOS or Android), the app version (Settings → App), and, for a sync or league problem, the name of the league or troupe involved.
Safety & Conduct
Report a player or a piece of content. Every screen that shows another player's name or text has a report action on it. A report sends the offending text and its author to our moderators. We review reports and act within 24 hours, and serious or repeated violations mean permanent removal.
Block a player. You can block anyone at any time from the same place you would report them. Blocked players are hidden from you across leagues, tournaments, matches, and player search. Nobody is told they have been blocked, and you can unblock at any time under Settings → Account → Safety → Blocked Players.

Account & Sign-In
How do I sign in? Sign in with Apple (iOS), Google Sign-In, or a passwordless magic link sent to your email. You only need an account for cloud features: leagues, tournaments, the Player Finder, clubs, and syncing troupes between devices. Browsing models, rules, and running a local game all work signed out.
My magic link never arrived. Check your spam folder first. The link is single-use and expires, so request a fresh one rather than re-tapping an old email. If it still does not arrive, write to us and include the address you used.
I used "Hide My Email" with Apple. That works normally. We only ever see Apple's private relay address, and mail we send reaches you through it.
Can I change my display name? Yes, under Settings → Account → Display name. It is shown to other players in leagues and standings.
Delete my account. Settings → Account → Delete My Account. It is immediate and cannot be undone. See the Data Deletion page for exactly what is removed, what is anonymized, and how to request deletion if you can no longer open the app.
Remove my details but keep the account. Settings → Account → Remove My Information clears your display name, postal code, country, and contact note and hides you from the Player Finder, without closing your account.
Troupes, Leagues & Sync
My troupes are not syncing. Sync requires being signed in on both devices with the same account. Check Settings → Account shows you as signed in, then reopen the troupe screen. If a change still does not appear, tell us the troupe name and roughly when you made the edit.
Photos of my models disappeared after reinstalling. Model photos are stored only on your device, never uploaded. That keeps them private, but it also means they are lost if you uninstall the app or switch devices. Use Settings → Google Drive backup to keep a copy of your troupes and leagues.
I am running a league and need to fix a result. A league's Chamberlain can correct reported scores and override a match from the league screen. If a league has already been marked finished, write to us with the league name and what needs changing.
The Store Finder shows nothing near me. The app asks for approximate location and searches a radius of tens of kilometres. If you declined the location permission, use the postal-code search instead. If your local store is genuinely missing, add it: the store list is community-submitted and we review new entries.
Game Data & Rules
A stat or ability looks wrong. Please tell us. Game data is transcribed from Goblin King Games' published material and we do get things wrong. Signed-in users can also flag a specific value in-app under Settings → Data Corrections.
The official rules are authoritative. Everything in the app is a convenience reference. Where the app and the official Goblin King Games rulebook, cards, or errata disagree, the official material wins and we will correct the app.
A new release is missing. We add waves as the official stat cards are published. If something has been out for a while and is still not in the app, let us know.
Fan-Made App & Intellectual Property
Moonstone Companion is unofficial and fan-made. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Goblin King Games. Game content appears in the app with Goblin King Games' written permission, sourced from their public websites. The app is free and does not generate revenue from Moonstone intellectual property.
If you own Moonstone intellectual property, or any other intellectual property in the app, and you want something changed or removed, email info@guillotine-life.com. We respond promptly and we do not argue about it.
