Edit your name, address, website, phone, Discord, Facebook and WhatsApp once. The same trusted location data powers every game you support.
Run leagues & tournaments
Create and track leagues and tournaments per game, past and present, from a single events board. Each event is tagged to the game it belongs to.
Manage your team
Owners, managers and staff. Add people by their Discord handle (they accept from a Discord DM or their Guild Hall dashboard), by approving a request, or with a single-use invite code. Change roles or remove people any time.
Printable QR codes
Download a branded QR flyer for your store (and for each league or tournament). Scanning opens the right app filtered straight to you.
Audit trail
Every ownership, role and team change is logged so owners can always see who changed what, and when.
Own your listing
Claim an existing location or submit a new one. Verified owners control the listing; admins keep final say to stop abuse.

Adding people is easy
From your store’s management page, the owner can invite a teammate by their Discord handle as a manager or staff. The person gets a Discord DM from the Guild Hall bot with Accept / Decline buttons, and the invite also appears on their Guild Hall dashboard. Accepting from either place adds them to your team. They don’t even need a Guild Hall account first: approving in Discord reserves their spot and finalizes once they sign in with that Discord. Prefer the old way? The one-time invite code still works too.
