For organizers
Run your events where players are looking.
Leagues, tournaments, campaigns, open play. Publish once and your event shows up in the directory, on your store or club page, on the calendar you embed, and in your Discord. Free to use, for every game we cover.

Everything an organizer needs
The same toolkit whether you run one night a month or a season-long league.
A listing players can find
Every event gets a public page in the directory, colour-coded by game, with the details, the venue, and a one-tap add-to-calendar. Players searching for something to play near them land on it.
Recurring sessions, scheduled once
Set up a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly night one time. Guild Hall keeps the next few dates on the calendar automatically, and a single printed QR code always opens whichever session is next.
RSVPs and capacity
Take signups with an optional cap, see your roster ahead of the night, and close the list when you are full. Players can sign up from the web or from Discord.
Discord announcements
Connect a server and upcoming sessions announce themselves on the schedule you choose, one at a time with a delay you set, so your channel never gets spammed.
Private events when you need them
Run an invite-only league or a playtest behind a join code. Private events stay out of the public directory and out of search results entirely.
Attendance you can act on
See fill rates, no-shows, web-versus-Discord signups, and which night and time actually works, so you can tune the schedule instead of guessing.
Published once, visible everywhere
An event you create appears on the events feed, on the store or clubpage hosting it, on the game's own hub, and in any calendar you embed on your own site. Players can add it to their calendar, RSVP, and get reminders, without an account if they do not want one.
Got a night on the calendar?
Put it up in a couple of minutes. If you run a shop or a play group, list that first and your events hang off it automatically.
